Analytics, Reporting & Transparency

Data only makes an impact when it changes what happens next. State agencies and health system partners are expected to demonstrate program performance, meet federal reporting requirements and make confident policy decisions, often with complex, multi-source data and limited internal capacity.

Comagine Health® turns that data into action. We help leaders understand what is happening, why it matters and what to do about it. Our work bridges data, clinical expertise and deep Medicaid and health system knowledge to ensure insight leads to action, not reports that sit on a shelf.

Where this work takes shape

Analytics, Reporting and Insight Services

From data to decisions.

Program data is often fragmented across systems, formats and vendors, and the questions leaders face don’t wait for it to be cleaned up. We help agencies make sense of complex, multi-source data and deliver findings in formats leadership can act on and stakeholders can trust.

Our solutions are bespoke, built around your specific data, systems and goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

How We Help

The Comagine Health® Platform

Powering scalable, data-driven health system improvement.

State agencies and health organizations are expected to deliver measurable results with complex data, evolving federal requirements and limited capacity. The Comagine Health Platform provides the technology, insights and program support to do exactly that.

Backed by more than four decades of program delivery experience, the platform pairs technology with the expertise to implement it well, meaning faster rollout, fewer surprises and a partner accountable to outcomes.

Selected Work

Recent engagements

Building statewide data infrastructure from the ground up

For the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, we built a flexible data ingestion pipeline that standardizes monthly and quarterly UB-04, financial and utilization data from providers across the state. Our customer experience team works directly with data submitters to resolve issues and improve completeness, supporting measures that meet legislative mandates and state priorities.

Sustaining a statewide claims database for over a decade

Since its inception in 2011, Comagine Health has managed Oregon’s voluntary All-Payer Claims Database, delivering provider-level reporting on more than 50 measures, including certified HEDIS® and CMS Core measures. Our Total Cost of Care reporting uses ACG risk grouping to account for differences in patient complexity, enabling fair and equitable comparisons.

Tracking COVID

For the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we ingest and model clinical data from two health information exchanges, Bronx RHIO in New York and UHIN in Utah, to measure the prevalence and burden of post-COVID conditions in both regions.
