Overview

Comagine Health provides qualified residential treatment program (QRTP) eligibility reviews for the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division. We assess children referred to us by ODHS and recommend the level of care needed for each child.

Our purpose is to decide which program will:

  • Provide the most suitable and effective level of care
  • Have the least restrictive setting
  • Be consistent with the short-term and long-term goals for the child
